Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze system logs and debug issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Familiarity with integrating Selenium with test frameworks and continuous integration tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying root causes of software issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
