Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that applications are tailored to support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to adapt to evolving business demands. The workday is dynamic, balancing technical development with problem-solving and coordination across teams to deliver high-quality applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of application features ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications seamlessly into existing systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.
- Strong experience in designing and developing user-friendly interfaces using SAP FIORI components.
- In-depth understanding of SAP Gateway services and their integration with backend systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with SAP UI5 framework and its application in building responsive web applications.
- Experience in collaborating with business analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
