What would you do? • Lead Territory and Quota Planning activities as the SME for Account Management. Drive planning accuracy, governance, delivery excellence, annual and in year planning cycles, operational issue resolution, team development and continuous improvement.
What are we looking for? • Bachelor s degree • 7 to 10 years experience in Territory and Quota Planning or Sales Operations • Experience supporting global sales organizations • Ability to independently manage complex planning activities • • Territory and Quota Planning for global sales organizations • Territory design, quota allocation, segmentation refresh, annual planning • Territory rebalancing and scenario modeling • Sales planning, account hierarchy, coverage model expertise • Data analysis, issue identification, corrective action recommendations
Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage complex Territory and Quota Planning activities • Lead territory rebalancing, segmentation and quota allocation • Perform scenario modeling and business impact analysis • Validate planning outputs and ensure compliance • Resolve planning exceptions and escalations • Review analyst deliverables and ensure quality • Support governance meetings and planning workshops • Drive process improvement, automation and AI adoption • Maintain SOPs and knowledge repositories • Monitor data quality, risks and SLA adherence • Support annual planning cycles and cross functional teams • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions • Mentor analysts and associates • Support onboarding, workload management and knowledge transfer • Key Metrics • Operational KPIs • Territory Planning Accuracy • Quota Planning Accuracy • SLA Adherence • Planning Cycle Completion • Data Quality • Client Satisfaction • Quality Audit Scores • Execution KPIs • Complex Case Turnaround Time • Planning Exceptions Resolved • Scenario Models Completed • First Pass Quality • SOP Updates Completed • Automation Opportunities Identified • Mentoring Effectiveness
