Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory, logistics and transportation to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement or cost savings. ​

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of logistics and material management processes​​

• Recommend process improvements based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiency​​

• Utilize software tools and systems (Power platform) to support data analysis and reporting​​

• Ensure logistics and material management related data quality and consistency to enable higher level of automated processes​​

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on logistics and material management performance; build dashboards and automate reporting for operational decision making​​

• Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools and techniques to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.​​

• Monitor process deviations in ERP and automate monitoring as far as possible to support proactive daily operations

Knowledge and skills: ​

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills​

• Familiarity with common ERP modules (e.g., LN, SAP) and WMS and TMS systems ​

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)​

• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).​

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.​

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.​

Experience & education: ​

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.​

• 4+ years of experience in inventory, logistics or transportation industry analysis.​

• Experience with ERP (e.g., Infor LN, SAP) and WMS or TMS systems is a plus.​

• Experience with AI tools and techniques for reporting and analytics​
