General Objectives:

Responsible to provide administrative support to the function to enable the effective operation and development of customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high quality of service to enhance the function's reputation and meet customer's expectations.

• Work in partnership with various departments (ie. Operations, CLSD) in the Bank to support in delivering seamless transactions to the customer.

• Assist in business promotion such as introducing various banks’ products, handling customer request/complain, as well as making calls to customer to gain more transactions.

• Responsible to manage and maintain the department’s important documents in line with the Bank’s processes to enable efficient data management. Develop an understanding and gain industry knowledge.

• Assist in the approvals process of memos by ensuring that they are circulated in a timely manner.

• Prepare any necessary reports precisely and in timely manner. Support in managing the risk profile for the department.

• Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.

• Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines.

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in Banking

• Have good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Possess proper business etiquette and team player oriented

• Excellent in English, both written and verbal

• Have knowledge in general banking and products
