About the Role
Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through a network of agents to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives岗位职责
- 执行、跟进业务推动和人力发展的方案的实施，达成营销服务部各项指标；
- 根据公司的业务发展计划，协调推动各类业务发展项目，例如业务竞赛、增员项目等，确保其有效实施；
- 组织各类营销员活动，如事业说明会、产品说明会等，推动公司产能的提升和人力发展；
- 组织各种会议，如通过早会、夕会，协助组织业务主管会议，日常、年度等相关策划会等，向保险营销员传递公司信息，交流业务经验，协助营销员制订展业计划并提供支持；
- 激励和辅导营销员：通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员需求，激励其提升产能；
- 编辑、更新、制作营销服务部海报、宣传栏信息，进行职场布置以及相关设施维护，塑造良好的职场文化；
- 处理日常事务，确保营销服务部正常运作；
- 通过会议或个人面谈收集保险营销员的意见和建议；
- 跟进、处理营销员的纠纷、特批申请、申诉、纪律 跟进营销员和业务主管的资格考试、合约考核和终止；
- 安排、处理营销服务部日常事务。
岗位资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，商业管理或销售专业尤佳；
- 5年以上相关工作经验或市场营销和管理经验；
- 优秀的人际沟通能力、领导能力、表达能力、沟通技巧、组织能力、分析技能；
- 客户导向，适应能力，资源优化能力，影响力，沟通能力，解决问题的能力，计划和组织能力。
