About the Role

岗位职责：
−战略对齐与解决方案提供：将人力资源策略与业务目标保持一致，与各业务职能部门紧密合作，支持组织增长，并推动所辖职能条线/机构人力资源规划的制定，并在人力资源管理的各个方面为业务提供综合性、创新性的整体解决方案；
−组织变革推动：担任变革推动者，在必要时促进职能层面的组织转型，涵盖组织架构设计、岗位设计、人力规划、变革管理辅导、人岗匹配及能力建设等领域工作；
−人才管理活动执行：承接公司人力资源整体战略，协助相关业务领导者制定并完成关键岗位的人才管理工作，包括人力规划、绩效管理、年中/年终薪酬回顾、人才盘点、干部继任计划、人才发展等工作；
−协同推进HR重点项目：基于人才战略，与其他人力资源COE/SSO团队协作，共同推进关键人力资源举措的落地；
−员工关系管理与合规指导：辅导主管人员以更有效且符合公司法律及治理准则的方式处理员工关系问题；与业务经理密切合作，妥善处理员工离职/解雇案例；
−日常HR运营：根据HR部门以及业务需要，进行日常人力资源运营类工作；
−其他职责：定期完成上级指派的其他职责和任务，以满足监管、业务战略、HR战略等方面相关要求。

岗位要求：
−全日制本科及以上学历，计算机科学相关专业优先；
−符合友邦文化价值观，谦逊、踏实、且具有共赢意识；
−英文能力优秀，听说读写流利；
−具备极强的目标规划能力、适应力、学习创新力、坚韧耐挫力、內驱力；
−能够接受异地、跨部门的轮岗工作。
