Master Works is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to serve as the bridge between enterprise business requirements and modern AI capabilities. This role identifies, qualifies, and architects high-impact AI use cases across business units, then drives the technical implementation using Azure AI infrastructure, Microsoft Foundry, and Copilot Studio. The consultant designs secure, scalable architectures integrating cloud AI models with on-premises enterprise data assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to discover, evaluate, and prioritize enterprise AI use cases tied to clear business outcomes.
- Design and implement end-to-end conversational and autonomous AI agents using Microsoft Foundry, Foundry Agent Service, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Configure Azure AI model inference, orchestrating appropriate models (frontier LLMs, SLMs, domain-specific models) within enterprise cost and performance boundaries.
- Manage Azure subscription resources, implementing cost governance, capacity planning, and Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) vs. provisioned throughput allocation.
- Build enterprise system integrations utilizing Microsoft Power Platform custom and pre-built connectors.
- Architect and secure hybrid connectivity between cloud AI services and local data sources using On-Premises Data Gateways.
- Define responsible AI guardrails, content filtering, prompt engineering standards, and role-based access control (RBAC).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture or technical consulting, with at least 2 years dedicated to generative AI, NLP, and agentic workflows.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, and Copilot Studio.
- Deep knowledge of Azure resource management, subscription billing models, and hybrid networking patterns.
- Strong proficiency in API integrations (REST, JSON, OAuth2) and Microsoft Power Platform administration.
- Proven ability to translate abstract business challenges into functional technical specifications.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), and Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) certifications are preferred.
- Prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture, Python / C#, Power Automate, and enterprise data governance skills are preferred.
