Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
In the role of an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This includes integrating cloud-based AI services or managing on-premises application pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and reliable. The role requires applying generative artificial intelligence models as part of the overall solution, and may also involve working with deep learning techniques, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing tasks. Collaboration with various teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring innovative and efficient AI-driven outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align AI initiatives with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Experience in designing intuitive and user-centered interfaces that enhance interaction with AI-driven applications.
- Strong knowledge of human-computer interaction principles and usability testing methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate with AI engineers and developers to integrate UX design seamlessly into AI solutions.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques to visualize and iterate design concepts effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
