Roles and Responsibilities: • Provide domain expertise across Hire-to-Retire processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee lifecycle management, separation, and payroll administration. • Translate HR process requirements into Agentic AI and GenAI-enabled workflow solutions. • Support AI and technical teams in designing HR service desk automation and self-service HR experiences • Design AI-enabled use cases for personalized learning, talent management, attrition prediction, skill gap analysis, and workforce analytics. • Define business rules, process variants, validation criteria, user journeys, and exception handling requirements for HR-focused AI solutions. • Collaborate with RDE POD teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into scalable HR automation solutions.
