As a member of the OCBC Wing Hang Group Software Engineering team, the AI Full Stack Developer (Python) will be responsible for leveraging modern AI development tools and the Python technology stack to provide technical support for various internal products, services, and productivity platforms across the OCBC Group. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to AI-assisted development, testing, validation, and production deployment. You will also utilize tools such as Devin and Claude Code to improve delivery efficiency and engineering quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and maintainable applications using Python.
• Utilize AI development tools such as Claude Code and Devin to assist with requirements analysis, code development, test generation, and technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain internal automation platforms, AI Agents, developer productivity tools, and business applications.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and system integration services.
• Participate in front-end development and user experience optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business teams to deliver software solutions.
• Analyze system issues, perform performance tuning, and drive continuous improvements.
• Promote the adoption of AI technologies across software development, testing, and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python development, with proficiency in frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, system integration, and database development.
• Proficiency in at least one front-end framework, such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with microservices architecture, cloud-native development, and containerization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing practices.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Devin, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf.
• Familiarity with Platform Engineering and AI-assisted software development workflows.
• Strong communication skills and good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing AI Agents or LLM-based applications.
• Experience integrating with AWS Bedrock and Anthropic APIs.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or vector databases.
• Experience in the financial services industry or large-scale enterprise systems.
