À propos de ce poste AI Enablement & Operations Lead chez Inspired Thinking Group (ITG)
This role owns AI adoption and awareness across ITG. It is the person accountable for two connected things: making sure teams, pillars and functions actually take up the tools and ways of working the AI Transformation function creates, and keeping the business current on what is happening with AI across ITG more widely. Not just that things exist, but that people know about them, use them, and get value from them. Governance administration and first-line support sit underneath that remit – they keep the machine running.
It is a first-of-its-kind role in the function, working across the full spread of live AI initiatives and the whole ITG account base rather than one client or pillar – closer to the complete picture than almost anyone else in the business. It is also a hands-on role in a hands-on function: we expect everyone here to build with AI at their own level, and this role is no exception.
Key Accountabilities:
- Own adoption across ITG – drive genuine take-up of the function’s tools and ways of working across pillars, teams and central functions. Go into teams, build confidence, change behaviour, and make sure adoption actually happens rather than stalling. This is the core of the role.
- Enablement and capability – run the enablement activity that builds AI confidence and awareness across the business: the AI Champions programme, training cascades, and keeping people current on what is happening with AI at ITG more widely. Help client-facing teams become genuinely comfortable using AI and talking about it themselves, rather than everything routing through the function.
- Build, hands-on – use AI tools directly and build with them at your level. This is an AI transformation function; being able to make things, not just talk about them, is part of the job and expected to grow over time.
- Governance and first-line support – keep governance moving on a steady cadence, owning access requests, the tools list and policy processes with InfoSec, Legal and wider stakeholders; act as the first point of contact for getting the most out of Claude, Cowork and other approved AI tools, answering directly where possible and escalating what genuinely needs it.
- Stakeholder coordination and reporting – keep adoption and governance moving across all stakeholders, and maintain visibility of progress for the Group AI Transformation Director.
Requirements
- A genuine driver of adoption and change – someone who can hold a room, win people over, and get sceptical teams actually using new tools. This is the non-negotiable: the role only works if the person can move people, not just track activity.
- Strong stakeholder management – comfortable working across InfoSec, Legal, Commercial and account teams to keep things moving.
- A genuine interest in AI – keeps up with what’s changing, not just aware it’s happening – ideally with hands-on experience with Claude, and real appetite to build with it if that’s a strength, with room to grow into more of that over time.
- Organised and process-minded – comfortable owning admin-heavy work without needing someone else to chase it.
- A natural connector or fixer – already the informal go-to in their current team; that tends to be visible before the hire, not something taught.
- Sees governance as what makes speed possible, not what slows things down.
- Plus points – existing ITG knowledge so they know who owns what; AI Champions programme background; or similar first-line or operational experience within ITG.
