As an AI Advanced Analytics- Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver data-driven solutions within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. You will be at the forefront of transforming complex data into actionable insights, helping clients navigate their data challenges and achieve their strategic goals. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, all while navigating increasingly complex situations.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing data engineering solutions using platforms such as Apache Hadoop, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform
- Building and optimizing data pipelines to support large-scale data processing and transformation
- Designing and maintaining data architecture frameworks to enhance data integration and quality
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Databricks for scalable cloud-based analytics
- Managing data warehouse operations, including indexing and troubleshooting, to improve performance and reliability
- Applying analytical thinking and query optimization techniques to enhance data validation and transformation processes
- Collaborating with teams to develop data strategy and infrastructure that supports AI-driven automation and cognitive solutions
- Leveraging database management systems like MySQL and PostgreSQL to validate secure and efficient data storage and retrieval
- Promoting the use of dimensional modeling and Directed Acrylic Graphs (DAGs) for advanced data modeling and analysis
- Confirming data security best practices and anonymization techniques to protect sensitive information

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Databricks for data engineering
- Developing data architecture and integration strategies for complex analytics projects
- Implementing data anonymization and security best practices in cloud environments
- Excelling in analytical thinking and problem-solving within data-driven contexts
