Your Role
- Daily processing of the hits from our IT-supported transaction monitoring system.
- Processing of requests for information (Auskunftsersuchen).
- Supporting correspondence with the authorities / public prosecutor's offices.
- Supporting the analysis and investigation of anti-fraud and money laundering inquiries from other units, external parties or other.
- Promote and actively use the AI to enhance AFC Investigations processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Completed university degree (in a relevant subject) (trainee)
- Current university studies (in a relevant subject) (intern)
- Alternatively: Training as a bank clerk and a job-specific further education or comparable qualification
- Ideally experience in the area of AML compliance
- Previous experience from customer service, the area of AML compliance or internal auditing is an advantage
- Good understanding of the IT landscape
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (MLA, KWG etc.) are an advantage
- Proficiency in English language. Knowledge of German, Spanish, Italian or French language is an advantage
- Industry related certificates advantageous (e.g. CAMS, ICA)
- Analytical, detail-oriented and strong business acumen.

- Affinity for agile methodology
- High level of integrity
- Comfortable working with AI tools, thinking critically about AI outputs, and contributing to a culture of responsible AI use. We expect you to demonstrate comfort with AI-assisted workflows and a willingness to continuously develop their AI capabilities as the technology evolves.
