As an AES Senior Manager – CX Customer Managed Services, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to execute key processes such as client interaction, data processing, and quality control implementation.

As a Senior Manager, you will apply sound judgment and strategic advising to drive project success. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. Your role involves crafting impactful messages, applying systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validating outcomes with clients. You will lead teams through challenging situations, making decisive actions to enhance team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

- Leading the execution of outsourced processes, including client and customer interactions, data review, and quality control implementation
- Managing and resolving escalations and queries to maintain service excellence
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within managed services
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and strategic problem-solving
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to enhance service delivery
- Developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams through coaching and open communication
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
- Overseeing the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes and metrics
- Utilizing skills in business process outsourcing and customer data management to optimize service efficiency
- Engaging in continuous learning to deepen skills and stay relevant in managed service delivery

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
