Advisor, Employee Services

We are looking for an Advisor, Employee Services to join our People Services & Solutions team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will help deliver a high-quality HR administration and employee support experience. You will play an important role in ensuring employee lifecycle processes are managed accurately, efficiently, and with a strong focus on service, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

• Provide HR administration and employee support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day queries.
• Support employees and managers with People policies, processes, and procedures, delivering a professional and responsive service.
• Maintain accurate employee records, prepare employment documents, and support compliance with internal policies and data protection requirements.
• Work closely with payroll and other People teams to ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience.
• Contribute to Workday-related support and process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

What you'll bring

• Experience in HR operations, employee services, or HR administration, ideally supporting entities in France.

• Good understanding of French employment administration requirements and relevant labour law considerations.

• Experience using HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A collaborative, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
