SUMMARY
This position is responsible for focusing on a wide variety of disparate functional areas including contract administration, accounts payable, etc. Also responsible for managing, communicating, and implementing various Retirement Services policies, directives, and tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides administrative support for designated Retirement Services leadership team members.
Ensures all customer contracts undergo review and approval from Insperity Legal department prior to uploading into the CSC Matter Management Web site.
Reviews all incoming accounts payable invoices to ensure accurate billing information and cost coding is applied. Obtains second level approvals as required.
Works with appropriate internal departments on employee provisioning, moves, equipment requests, etc.
Manages certain vendor relationships, such as print vendors.
Assists with other product line reporting as required.
Responsible for order fulfillment for box orders received and fulfilled through Kingwood facility.
Completes special projects as assigned.
Coordinates department’s Community Involvement and interfaces with Insperity staff as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s Degree is preferred.
Three to five years office environment experience is required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Communicating well over the phone is a requirement.
Familiar with standard office equipment and computer software including Microsoft Office (or related), and database software programs.
Maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment, familiar with modern office methods, practices, procedures and equipment, as well as filing systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Travels: Yes, up to 5 % of time
