POSITION DETAILS

As Administrator, Personal Insurance, you will supports the day-to-day administrative operations of the Personal Insurance division.

Our Burnaby Still Creek head office location is centrally located near Brentwood Town Centre and Gilmore station in the Willingdon Business Park. This location is skytrain accessible with many shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Updating, invoicing, performing quality reviews and generating letters using the Broker Management Systems (EPIC/AutoLink)

• Preparing refund requests as required

• Scanning & attaching documentation in Broker Management System

• Handling daily incoming mail (hard copy and electronic)

• Processing outgoing mail

• Monitor and maintain ICBC inventory, back-end inventory

• Reconciliation of ICBC Autoplan transactions

• Liaise with ICBC on batch-related inquiries or escalations

• Coordinate and handle daily incoming mail (hardcopy and electronic)

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

• 1+ year(s) of experience in an office administrative position is an asset

• Level 1 General Insurance License is an asset

• Strong PC skills i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook

• Excellent time management and proven ability to effectively prioritize work flow

• Self-starter and proactive team player

• Superior organization

• Extremely detailed oriented

• Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders

• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is an asset

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $43,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
