HammondCare is currently looking for an experienced Administrator on a permanent full-time basis.

The Administrative Support Officer is required to provide a high level of service to enable the Residential Care sites to function smoothly and efficiently. It is an important “front office” role that requires commitment, initiative, and confidence in dealing with internal and external customers. The workplace is flexible and friendly, with an emphasis on reciprocal support between management and staff.

The essence of this role:

• Provide administration support to the Residential Aged Care team
• First point of contact for all enquiries via telephone and often emails
• Provide a high level of service to enable the Residential Care home to function smoothly and efficiently
• Display commitment, initiative, and confidence in dealing with internal and external customers
• Support managers with rostering and contacting staff
