About the Role

Timbertruss has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our Administration team at our Brendale, QLD site. This position is full-time 12 month fixed-term, working Monday to Friday.

Duties

• Provide general administration assistance including managing emails, photocopying, printing and processing of production paperwork.

• Use MITEK program to print jobs from detailers

• Operating the reception switchboard

• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff members in a timely manner.

• Greeting and assisting visitors at reception

• Other administration tasks as required by your manager

About You

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Good general administration skills.
