Job Description:

Administrative Assistant

If you are an organized and motivated individual with a talent for clerical work, Parsons has an opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a clerical assistant to perform basic office duties to help us manage our projects in a manner that complies with our world class standards.

Responsibilities:

• Gathers, photocopies, collates, and distributes hardcopy materials.
• Maintains logs, either manually or by using a personal computer to enter data. May extract information and prepare standard recurring reports.
• Maintains various files and assists in setting up a filing system for new materials.
• May produce forms, labels, and lists, either manually or by using a personal computer. May distribute either hardcopy or electronic forms on a regular basis.
• May assist in maintaining inventory of supplies for work group.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Salary Range: $16.15 - $27.45
