What you’ll do

• Manage client relationships: Act as the main point of contact for a premium client book, proactively solving issues and spotting new opportunities.
• Deliver the complete service package: Coordinate across teams (onshore and offshore) to ensure timely, tailored solutions and clear communication.
• Own compliance and reporting: Oversee ATO dealings, monitor deadlines, prepare reports and support Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Lead workflows and performance: Manage team workflows, drive efficiency and lift service standards.

Requirements

About you

• Client-focused and decisive: Experience in client services or practice management within accounting/business services.
• Technically strong: Comfortable with BAS preparation, ATO portal, Xero and CRM tools.
• Organised and proactive: Juggles multiple clients and deadlines, anticipates problems and acts fast.
• Music-curious: Industry experience or a genuine interest in music/creative clients is highly valued.
• A people leader: Experience managing or coordinating teams and contractors.
