Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Import data (vendor's invoice) into Bravo.

• Carrying out the AP reconciliation monthly.

• Assisting the AP accountant in liaising with the Trading team.

• Assisting the AP accountant in coordinating with other departments to get sufficient information for accounting recording, and ensuring that they are recorded in time.

• Assisting the Finance Manager in preparing the monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports (if any).

• Ensuring all documents of the department are filed, organized, and retained in good and scientific order, and assisting the AP accountant in document filing and maintenance.

• Doing miscellaneous secretarial work as requested.

• Other accounting tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Accounting Degree, Bachelor's is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Especially Excel).

• Have a foundation knowledge of finance.

• Full-time working basis, and must be able to work on-site.

• Be proactive, curious about new things, and responsible.

• Details-oriented and honest.
