What you will do

- Process day-to-day accounting operations across the department.

- Work with Capgemini and purchasing teams to match and verify invoices.

- Monitor and review vendor master changes and complete the vendor change checklist.

- Help prepare manual and weekly vendor payment runs, get appropriate signatures, and file all back-ups.

- Monitor the folio request email address and provide folio copies to guests following the Four Seasons standards.

- Assist the Credit Manager in the invoice preparation process.

- Review accuracy of the Daily Revenue Report and ensure correct classification of all revenues and statistics.

- Establish and maintain communications with the night audit team and review night audit work daily for accuracy.

- Follow up with departments for missing Income Audit paperwork (house charges, voids, adjustments…)

- Conduct and comply payroll and general cashier tasks and controls.

- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounting matters 

- Assist with any ad-hoc reporting requests and projects.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance.

- Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and internal controls 

What you bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

- Fluent in both Japanese & English language.

- High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
