This position assumes responsibility with regards to providing product, pricing and sales support to Sales, Dealership, Brand Manufacturer and Customers for US and Canada. This position has shared responsibility for contributing to company’s goals and objectives while improving operating efficiencies and expanded services.Manage phone availability and inbound / outbound call volume. Provide exceptional service and manage SL and AR for service. Provide product, pricing and sales support to Sales, Dealership, Brand Manufacturer and Customers for US and Canada. Bilingual in Portuguese required.
MINIMUM JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the capability to deliver clear and constructive feedback to team members.
- Experience working and interacting with across multiple departments and business lines
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
- Strong organizational ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under demanding time constraints and production goals
- Ability to solve problems and help others deal with a variety of ambiguous variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities The Senior Accounts Receivable position performs support tasks and activities in almost all operational accounting functions while assisting the team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONs
- Serve as subject matter expert for our Extended Service Contract line
- Provide product, pricing and sales support to Sales, Dealership and Brand Manufacturer for US and Canada
- Assist in helping & resolving issues involving Sales, Dealership, Band Manufacturer and Customers
- Search Company database and files and/or confer with other departmental staff members to select the best solution to solve problem; expedite correction or adjustment.
- Coordinate reporting functions and effective turnaround time
- Assist in achieving company sales and customer service goals & objectives
- Assist with projects as assigned, accurately, timely, and with minimal supervision
