About the Role:

In this role you will manage sales of Agricultural commodity chemicals (feed Ingredients, fertilizers, and agricultural chemicals) into the Agriculture/Agribusiness market segment. You will be responsible for creating organic and positive customer relationships and will articulate the value and quality of our products, growing sales, and expanding business within an existing customer base.

Essentials:

• Tertiary qualification in Agricultural science (or related field)
• Strong sales acumen, preferably with proven experience in a sales agronomy role
• Ability to combine technical expertise with effective sales and customer relationships
• Strong knowledge of soil and plant nutrition, particularly in horticulture crops
• Drive new sales growth across a defined geographical region
• Ability to work with growers, retailers & manufacturers in the fertiliser/crop nutrition space
• Ability to travel regularly
• Exposure to CRM/ERP systems
• Regular reporting to Industry manager on results, goals, and market landscape
• Must have current working rights within Australia
• Must maintain a valid driver’s licence
