We are looking forward to receiving your application if you have:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales; experience in the agricultural, machinery, automotive, spare parts, or construction sectors is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and native-level Romanian;
- University degree;
- Valid driving license with active driving experience (mandatory);
- Preferably based in the western region of the country (Banat, Crișana, Transylvania);
- Readiness to work on the field (whole country + Republic of Moldova) and traveling inside region;
- Strong ability to manage deliverables and meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to building and developing relationships with professionals at all levels.
- Manage B2B Off accounts of all sizes by representing Michelin team externally with clients and internally by working with various stakeholders;
- Bring volume, revenue and margin growth;
- Monitor and strength customer relationship, incorporating lessons to close the loop;
- Generate new leads by monitoring trends, conducting research, identifying opportunities, cold calling and converting them into sales;
- Regular daily visits to the end users (agro farms, quarries, logistic centers and ctr.);
- Present products & services and prepare effective proposal for customers;
- Checking tires on machines and vehicles, building different types of reports for clients;
- Dealer and partners visits;
- Capture, manage & answer claims;
- Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels;
- Propose marketing campaigns and support their implementation;
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects including business review;
- Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access; new search opportunities and ensure all current and potential clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis.
