Chase Design Group is currently seeking an Account Director for our New York City studio. The Account Director is responsible for fostering relationships between Chase and its clients, and acts as a liaison between the client and Chase’s internal teams to ensure the client’s needs and goals are being met on every project. The Account Director leads and manages communication, requests, briefings, proposals, presentations, and maintains overall responsibility for the health of the client relationship with Chase on one or several accounts.

Requirements

• 5-8 years’ experience in a fast-paced print-focused creative environment, packaging is a plus
• Quick to absorb and analyze large amounts of information
• Enthusiastic, energetic, imaginative, creative
• Approachable, outgoing and diplomatic
• A clear communicator, in person and writing
• Skilled at listening, negotiation, presenting and motivating others
• Mac literate – Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a communal atmosphere
• Deep knowledge of creative and printing processes

Salary: $125-155K
