The Executive Assistant Law Firm at Global Finance Teams will provide dedicated administrative and operational support to senior attorneys and law firm executives. This role is crucial in managing schedules, facilitating communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily activities within the law firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior attorneys.
• Prepare, proofread, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Assist in travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
• Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external parties to facilitate smooth communication.
• Coordinate and support special projects and law firm events.
• Maintain confidential client and firm information with utmost discretion.
• Support billing and invoicing processes as required.
• Assist with case management and filing.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably within a law firm setting.
