AMC Studio is a world-leading 3D art and game development studio based in Bucharest, Romania, and part of the Keywords Studios international group. We are seeking a Material Artist to integrate with AMC team. You will partner with art and design teams to develop compelling materials. Your role involves creating materials that meet our technical specifications and adapting stock textures, such as from Megascans, to fit our production pipelines. If you excel at materials creation, delivering production-ready assets, and adhere to strict technical requirements, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Responsibilities:

• Working with keyframe animation and and Motion capture for humanoid and creature characters according client quality requirements
• Ability to provide quality assets to client with minimal participation from the Lead Artist
• Communicates regularly with the Lead Artist regarding the status of current tasks
• Obtains Lead Artists guidance and approval as required to advance tasks
• Is expected to continue to refine artistic abilities and learn new software packages and / or in-house tools
• Contributes to the team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding Maya, Motion Builder or Max and preferences usage each of them
• Familiar with Game Engine Technologies such as Unity and Unreal
• Good understanding of posing, timing, spacing, exaggeration
• Experience in Motion Capture post processing, overlay animation, retargeting, story, constraints
• Ability to receive constructive feedback
• Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude
• Flexibility in usage different software packages
