Job Description:

The impact you’ll make in this role

As a Production Specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.

This role works the 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday; 3:30pm – 11:30pm) and includes starting pay of $28.16/hour + $3.00 Shift Differential:

• Pay Increase after 6 months to $28.85/hour
• Pay Increase after 12 months to $29.55/hour

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Leading operations and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on equipment and processes.
• Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems.
• Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement.
• Supporting production experiments, maintaining accurate process documentation, and partnering with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE)
• Providing Team Leader tasks on a backup/as needed basis

• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Three (3) years of manufacturing experience
• One (1) year performing in a lead role in a manufacturing environment
