About Reli.
Reli. is a fast-growing eCommerce company selling across Amazon, Walmart, our own Shopify store, and eBay, serving over a million customers, including brands like Marvel, Domino's, and Lululemon. As the company has grown, so has the day-to-day experience of working here, and that's exactly what this role is about.
About the Opportunity
Workplace experience at Reli. has outgrown what a single coordinator can carry. Employee events and engagement have become a real driver of culture and morale and at the same time, the operational side of keeping our workplace stocked, organized and running smoothly has grown in both volume and complexity.
We're looking for someone who can own both halves of that equation, employee events and workplace operations with good judgment and the independence to run things without a lot of hand-holding. This person will help set the standard for how workplace experience gets planned, executed, documented and improved over time, and will be a visible, trusted presence for employees across the company.
What You'll Own
Employee Events & Engagement
Own the monthly event calendar from first idea through teardown, balancing variety, budget, and employee interests
Plan and run a wide range of programming, including spirit days, team lunches, all-hands, workiversaries, birthdays, weekly fun activities, craft nights and off-site social hours
Coordinate with a planning committee to gather ideas and keep events feeling fresh and representative of the team
Manage event vendors, from sourcing and booking through day-of coordination
Handle materials, supplies and logistics, including thoughtful touches like dietary inclusion for food-based events
Lead day-of execution, setup and breakdown, following consistent standards so events run smoothly regardless of size
Collect feedback after events, run quick retrospectives and reconcile event budgets
Communicate with the broader team in a way that feels warm, inclusive, and genuinely engaging, not just logistical
Workplace Operations & Readiness
Manage weekly food and beverage ordering for the office
Run regular workplace readiness and inventory checks so nothing catches the team by surprise
Order office supplies and keep stock at the right levels
Handle shipping and receiving as needed
Keep the office stocked, organized, functional, and ready for the workday, every day, not just when something's noticed
Notice broken or misplaced items and get them flagged and staged for repair or replacement, rather than letting small issues sit
Equipment, Assets & Light Technical Coordination
Provision equipment for new hires so they're set up and ready on day one
Track workplace assets and maintain accurate records as equipment moves around the company
Process equipment returned by exiting employees
Maintain key and building asset logs
Keep equipment inventory current and follow through on related tickets and requests
To be clear, this is not an IT infrastructure or security role. It's about keeping equipment and assets organized and accounted for, not managing systems or networks.
Budget, Vendor & Process Ownership
This role carries real ownership over how money and vendors are managed day to day, working within budgets and approval limits set by the team.
Own routine procurement for events, supplies, and workplace needs
Research and coordinate vendors, and manage those relationships over time
Keep spend clearly documented as it happens, not reconstructed after the fact
Put together monthly spend summaries and budget reconciliations
Bring process discipline to the role by documenting how things are done so they're easy to repeat and hand off
What We're Looking For
Experience owning employee events, workplace experience, or similar programs
Strong vendor management, budget ownership, and logistics chops
Comfort being visible and warm in front of employees, since this person represents the culture of the company in a very direct way
Operational discipline and real ownership of checklists and processes
The ability to manage a lot of small details without losing sight of the bigger picture
Genuine comfort moving between creative, people-facing event work and hands-on operational work
Interest in growing into a leadership role over time
Prior management experience is not required
