As a Workday Orchestrate – Senior Associate - Consult, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Workday Technology to provide client support and drive successful outcomes. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigate complex situations, and grow your personal brand while enhancing your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Application Evolution Services - Workday team, where you will analyze complex problems and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will have the opportunity to work within our Workday practice, using your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to deliver quality work. This position offers a platform to develop your professional skills and contribute to the firm's overall business strategies, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and optimization of Workday solutions to support client business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Workday Extend, Workday HCM, and Workday Integration to design and automate processes for enhanced efficiency
- Analyzing complex data sets using Workday Prism Analytics to generate actionable insights for clients
- Developing strategic technology plans to align Workday projects with client objectives
- Collaborating with teams to improve process optimization and drive continuous improvement in Workday reporting and analytics
- Embracing change and fostering an environment of intellectual curiosity and learning agility within the team
- Providing client support by actively listening and accepting feedback to refine and enhance Workday solutions
- Guiding junior team members in understanding and applying Workday Studio for project execution
- Building and maintaining client relationships to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting and Analytics
- Utilizing strategic technology planning to drive business transformation
- Embracing change and process optimization in client support environments
- Excelling in analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity to solve complex problems
