As a Workday Finance - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for Workday finance applications, helping clients optimize their financial processes and improve reporting to achieve strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will analyze client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday finance applications. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Workday finance solutions effectively
- Supporting seamless integration and utilization of Workday finance applications to optimize financial processes
- Providing training and guidance to clients for improved financial reporting and strategic objectives achievement
- Collaborating with team members to adapt to varying client challenges and scopes
- Applying accounting and financial reporting standards to enhance client financial management
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Utilizing Workday Financial Management tools to improve business process efficiency
- Participating in finance transformation initiatives to drive business improvements
- Presenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making
- Gathering information from diverse sources to discern patterns and inform analysis

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree

Minimum 2 years of experience with Fiance modules
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications in Financial Management, including Workday Financials, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Expenses, or related finance platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Financial Management software
- Utilizing financial forecasting and budgeting skills effectively
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives
- Applying financial statement analysis to drive insights
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends for strategic decision-making
- Presenting financial reports with clarity and precision
