Main purpose of the role

As a Workday Support at Europcar, you will play a crucial role in providing daily assistance to
users of the Workday system, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues. This includes handling user requests, troubleshooting system or process errors, supporting testing activities, maintaining data accuracy and deliver training. The role involves close collaboration with HR teams and other stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our HR Information System landscape and ensure that our Workday platform aligns with our global business needs.

Main responsibilities

As a Workday Support you will:

• Be the guardian of Europcar’s Workday Guiding Principles, keeping the Workday

• Operations updated and aligned with the company's strategic needs.

• Provide prompt assistance and resolution for user issues.

• Work closely with HR and various stakeholders to comprehend global and local business
  questions and create daily solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and best practices to ensure continuous
  improvement.

• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Internal and External Relationships

• Internal: main interactions with function / country HR representatives, and countries leadership teams.

• External: Workday, Consulting firm involved in the implementation of Workday

Key Skills

• Experience working in HR or system support (Workday experience is an advantage).

• Business school

• Fluent in English
