Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
􀁸 Comply with all federal and state environmental, health and safety regulations as well as any safety policies and protocols outlined by the company.
􀁸 Set up and finish trim parts on appropriate equipment.
􀁸 Set up and operate large laser cutting machines and automated inscription machine.
􀁸 Load and unload ovens.
􀁸 Final inspection of parts using gauges, micrometers and non-contact measurement tools as necessary.
􀁸 Follow all SPC procedures.
􀁸 Rework parts as necessary.
􀁸 In process, trim and inspect all parts as required (line pull).
􀁸 Record daily activities including clock offs and special projects.
􀁸 Record all Information on GT data collection system as required.
􀁸 Must be able to electronically perform PC transactions such as labor and material usage in a timely and accurate manner.
􀁸 Perform miscellaneous duties in the White Chemraz area as assigned.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
􀁸 Pull flash, cut vents and count parts.
􀁸 Rinse and bag parts as required.
􀁸 Transport work in process and finished goods within and between departments as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
􀁸 High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
􀁸 Perform job in compliance with Company's Quality Policy (ISO 9000)
􀁸 Ability to read and interpret
􀁸 Ability to read and interpret prints.
􀁸 Ability to read, understand and follow the work instructions in all operations.
􀁸 Maintain annual QC certification.

Demonstrated ability to independently read and interpret production drawings, work instructions, Company documents and other specified requirements essential for performing standard job functions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
􀁸 Ability to work in positions requiring frequent pushing, grasping and repetitive movement.
􀁸 Ability to occasionally work in positions requiring occasional pulling, twisting, and reaching.
􀁸 Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as: Eye Protection, Protective Gloves, Hearing Protection
􀁸 Ability to work in alternating positions of sitting and standing for long periods of time.
􀁸 Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without the use of mechanical lifting devices.
􀁸 Ability to carry up to 25 lbs. without the use of mechanical lifting devices.
􀁸 Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
