Join Our Team as a Welder!

We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join, fabricate, and repair metal into high-quality components for our community. Whether you’re an experienced welder or eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, we welcome candidates of all backgrounds to bring their unique strengths to our team.

$3,000 Sign On Bonus! $1,500 at 90 days and $1,500 at the 1-year mark!

Hours are Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm with some OT required

What You’ll Do

• Join and Fabricate: Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings or schematics to determine appropriate welding processes.

• Prepare and Set Up: Position, align, fit and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, following blueprints and layout specifications using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools

• Lift and Position Materials: Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed.

• Ensure Quality: Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.

• Contribute to Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.

• Maintain and Organize: Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.
