Warehouse Operator
Pay: $24.51 per hour + shift differential
Schedule:
- Thursday & Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
General Summary
The Warehouse Operator will support the warehouse area while following all company safety rules and regulations as they relate to the job.
Essential Functions
- Log in and run a safety checklist on a forklift at the start of each shift.
- Safely operate a forklift transporting components and finished goods pallets.
- Ensure dock lock is engaged before entering a trailer prior to loading or unloading materials.
- Ensure carrier in door and carrier on pick list or Bill of Lading match prior to loading or unloading.
- Able to pick and drop off components safely and stage them in designated areas using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) forklift-mounted scanner gun with monitor.
- Ensure 100% accuracy of finished goods order loading.
- Maintain cleanliness of the plant.
- Practice and maintain safe conditions throughout the shift.
- Report back to the supervisor in a timely manner when job duties are completed for the next assignment.
- Receive components into WMS with 100% accuracy.
- Ability to line return components accurately and according to company policy.
- Participate in all job-related safety training and personally comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Computer Skills
- Basic computer functions and knowledge of WMS or other warehouse management systems.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Physical ability to handle pieces of freight weighing at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to drive a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to drive a forklift.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Basic computer skills and good math, written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination required.
- Must have a good working knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and JSAs.
Compensation & Benefits
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $24.51 - $26.26 per hour. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.
