MISSION : For his/her domain, leads and/or contributes to logistics central warehouses operations;
designs and/or deploys solutions to deliver expected operational target performance, business value and ultimately respond to our internal and external customers' needs
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
1. Warehouse Operations Management
- Lead and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
- Ensure efficient warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow optimization.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
- Monitor and improve warehouse productivity and operational performance.
2. Inventory Management
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock audits.
- Maintain inventory integrity and control stock discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Manage obsolete, damaged, and slow-moving inventory.
3. Inbound and Outbound Logistics
- Coordinate inbound deliveries from overseas and domestic manufacturing sites.
- Manage outbound shipments to customers, distributors, and regional warehouses.
- Ensure on-time order fulfillment and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure on time delivery.
4. Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and coach 3PL operational staff.
- Establish performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and labor utilization.
5. Safety, Quality, and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Maintain warehouse quality standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
6. Warehouse Systems and Technology
- Manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations and optimization.
- Utilize ERP and warehouse technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze operational data and generate performance reports.
- Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
7. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Lead warehouse improvement projects and process reengineering initiatives.
- Drive KPI improvements through data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree (or above) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- Warehouse and logistics management experience.
- Experience managing large-scale distribution or central warehouse operations.
- Proven leadership experience in managing warehouse teams.
Technical Skills
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- ERP systems (Oracle)
- MS Excel and data analytics/PPT/BI
- Inventory control methodologies
- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge (preferred)
