Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand’s identity, positioning, products, commercial objectives and target market.
• Conceptualize and execute window displays, in-store displays, signage, floor plans, promotional displays and other visual merchandising initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive engagement.
• Translate brand and product messages into impactful visual concepts and develop, refine and present design proposals for new campaigns and initiatives.
• Plan and execute visual merchandising activities for new product launches, seasonal and festive campaigns, promotions and other key retail initiatives.
• Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards across retail locations through regular store visits, audits and follow-up on corrective actions where required.
• Manage visual merchandising budgets, monitor project costs and ensure all activities are delivered within the allocated budget.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners on the sourcing, production and installation of visual merchandising materials, fixtures and displays.
• Oversee production and installation timelines to ensure quality execution in accordance with approved designs and brand guidelines.
• Brief and guide retail teams on the proper execution, maintenance and upkeep of visual merchandising displays.
• Research consumer lifestyles, demographics, retail environments and emerging visual merchandising and design trends to identify new and innovative opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely execution of visual merchandising projects.
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably within the premium or luxury retail sector.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative visual merchandising capabilities and measurable impact on sales or business performance.
• Good understanding and strong adherence to brand guidelines, with the ability to translate them into effective in-store execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills so as to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Good time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible to work outside of regular hours when required, including overnight setups, store openings and other retail events.
