1. 负责直播间视觉体系搭建：直播间封面、主图、详情页、海报、活动物料设计。

2. 制作直播贴片、弹窗、背景图、商品卡、利益点图，提升点击与转化。

3. 保证品牌视觉统一，风格符合平台调性与用户审美。

4. 配合直播与活动节点，高效输出各类紧急设计需求。

5. 参与设计复盘，根据数据优化素材点击率、吸引力。

6. 维护设计源文件，建立物料库，提高团队效率。

任职资格

1. 大专及以上，设计相关专业，1年以上视觉设计经验。

2. 精通PS/AI等设计软件，能独立完成电商全品类设计。

3. 有电商、直播、抖音店铺设计经验优先，懂转化逻辑优先。

4. 审美优秀，色彩感好，排版清晰，卖点突出。

5. 执行力强，能接受高强度、快节奏、紧急需求。

6. 善于沟通，理解需求准确，交付质量稳定。
