We’re looking for a Travel Coordinator to provide essential administrative support across travel, guests/visitors hosting and admin HR services. This is a key role that blends hospitality, coordination, and people support—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being at the heart of the action.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
Travel & Logistics Coordination
Liaise with travel agencies to organize flights, hotels, and transport
Ensure bookings are timely and cost-effective
Prepare visa letters and maintain travel documentation
Process travel invoices and analyze travel reports
Provide support to employees
Mailroom & Office Support
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including franking and postage supplies
Support general office administration as needed
Admin HR support
Provide general HR administrative support to employees
🧠 What You Bring
Strong communication skills—you’re confident, clear, and courteous, with exceptional knowledge of Croatian and English language
You are discreet, and understand importance of confidentiality
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business software
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for helping others
