Job Description:
ACCOUNTABILITY
Monitoring Policy / Compliance of Flight Training administration.(Pre-Requisite of Trainees; Flight Instructor Dossier; Competency updating; Issuing Flight Training Certificate, Course type updates, Process or Procedure updates, ATO Documents updates etc.)
Support of the Admin team with daily support & Knowledge sharing --
Support Training Course Deployment in local ATO.
Deviation management.
Customized course Management.
Support the Administration of MYATO Beijing.
Support Instructor Account Management of Airbus training tools
Support for HoT and CFI
QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION: with Bachelor degree, in administration major.
EXPERIENCE: 3 year experience in administration domain.
CERTIFICATION: not applicable
LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: G-suite, MyTeam, MCT, and knowledge of flight crew licensing in CAAC and EASA context
ABILITIES: Communication, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Initiative
TRAITS: meticulous, detail oriented, interpersonal skills
DRIVER / VALUES: contribute to Airbus Training success and safety by ensuring high level of training administration
