As our next Training & Relationship Manager, you'll be at the centre of that journey.

From guiding advisers through their first experience with Netwealth to delivering engaging training sessions and helping practices unlock more value from our products, you'll become a trusted partner to advisers across your region.

You'll educate, support, influence, and build lasting relationships that genuinely make a difference.

You'll work with adviser groups and practices that have already approved or adopted Netwealth, helping them maximise their experience, build capability, and deepen engagement through education, support and partnership.

What you'll do

You'll partner with advisers, principals and support teams to:

• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops and educational support

• Help advisers confidently navigate and utilise Netwealth's products and services

• Build trusted relationships through regular contact and proactive support

• Support advisers through onboarding, registration and their first applications

• Identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and client engagement

• Work closely with Distribution Managers to support regional growth initiatives

• Attend adviser meetings, industry events and training sessions

• Collaborate across Netwealth to deliver exceptional adviser experiences

What we're looking for

• A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed

• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
