Westgold is seeking an organised and proactive Training Administrator to join our Environment, Health & Safety team based in Maddington.
Reporting to the Manager Training, you will play a key role in supporting the administration and coordination of training activities across the business.
You will play a key role in providing general administrative support to the Training team while maintaining accurate training records, coordinating training schedules, supporting learning systems, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring training documentation is managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training bookings, schedules and course logistics
- Maintain accurate training records, databases and documentation
- Process training requests and support learning management activities
- Liaise with employees, trainers and external training providers
- Generate and distribute reports, training materials and certificates
- Support compliance, quality assurance and document control requirements
- Coordinate PPE orders, collections and onboarding requirements for new starters.
- Arrange training logistics including room bookings, catering, equipment and course materials.
- Provide general administrative support to the Training team, including document management, data entry and record maintenance.
- Assist with the coordination of training events, meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Manage incoming enquiries and support the efficient day-to-day operation of the Training function.
About You
You will be a highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Highly Regarded
- Experience in training administration, mining, or vocational training
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS), with exposure to INX InTuition highly regarded, and/or CRM platforms.
- Experience using ERP systems such as Pronto, SAP, or similar, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and supporting day-to-day financial administration.
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification
