Job Description:

Position Summary


The TPM Framework & Strategy Specialist will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally in regional activities to standardize and optimize the third-party risk management program focusing on mitigating Third Party Risks. They will be responsible for implementing proper controls to comply with regulators requirements and support activities to run an effective compliance program. Also, they will coordinate regional teams and partner with functional regional leads to align on processes, risk mitigations and TPM best practices.


Major Duties & Responsibilities


  • Monitor the execution of Third-Party Management (TPM) lifecycle activities, including supplier onboarding, inherent risk questions, due diligence questionnaires, supplier risk assessments, issue management, supplier status changes, risk mitigation, and offboarding.
  • Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Technology, enterprise functions, regional teams, and risk domain owners to ensure supplier due diligence activities, risk reviews, regulatory requirements, and timely completion of TPM process requirements
  • Facilitate effective execution of TPM processes by ensuring required process steps, documentation, stakeholder engagement, controls, escalation pathways, and regional/global alignment are completed.
  • Provide guidance to internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders on TPM processes, supplier due diligence requirements, operating procedures, risk domain expectations, related tools, and process integration points with procurement, sourcing, CLM, ERP/R2P, supplier master data, and ServiceNow TPRM or similar platforms.
  • Support and, where appropriate, facilitate regional stakeholder discussions to identify supplier risk issues, document mitigation action plans, support regulatory expectations, and contribute to the development, maintenance, and deployment of TPM processes, procedures, standards, controls, and operational plans.
  • Support TPM governance, audit readiness, and regulatory response activities by maintaining required documentation, evidence, process records, controls, and well-written implementation or support materials.
  • Track TPM process completion, analyze metrics and trends, support program or process risk assessments based on scope, maintain Framework dashboards and KPIs, and identify continuous improvement opportunities that support third-party program maturity, performance, controls, automation, and process efficiency.
  • Prepare clear, well-written documentation, guidance, reports, dashboards, and implementation support materials to enable successful rollout, adoption, and ongoing support of TPM processes and solutions.



Other Duties & Responsibilities

  • Continue to build knowledge of supplier risk management, procurement processes, TPM, GRC, data analytics, automation, digital enablement, and regional requirements through training, development opportunities, and collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Finance, Compliance, Regulatory, HCC, Legal, Quality, IT, Procurement, Technology, and other risk functions to support supplier due diligence activities and standardized TPM operating model execution.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, user experience pain points, duplicate activities, manual workarounds, and opportunities to simplify, automate, or improve TPM processes.
  • Partner across AMERICAS, EMEA  and  ASPAC teams to share best practices, promote teamwork, support change adoption, and contribute to consistent execution of TPM processes.

Required Minimum Education:


Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, finance, Technology, accounting or related fields


Required Years of Related Experience:


4+ years in Procurement, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Compliance, Finance, or a related function


Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Experience with supplier onboarding, monitoring, offboarding, due diligence, and risk assessment processes. Experience with TPM intake, IRQ, DDQ, issue management, monitoring, and offboarding processes is preferred.
  • Experience working with procurement, risk, compliance, quality, finance, legal, IT, or other enterprise functions. Experience partnering with Cyber/ISRM, Privacy, Business Continuity, Trade Compliance, ERM, Technology, and Legal stakeholders is preferred.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems, supplier management tools, workflow tools, dashboards, or reporting platforms. Knowledge of ServiceNow TPRM, GRC platforms, CLM, ERP/R2P, MDM, Power BI, dashboards, workflow tools, or external risk intelligence solutions is preferred.
  • Continuous improvement or process documentation experience. Experience with requirements management, process mapping, testing, release readiness, and change adoption is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support consistent execution of global and regional processes. Ability to translate complex risk, process, and technology information into practical business guidance, executive-ready reporting, and actionable improvement recommendations is preferred.
