The Time Admin/Labor Processing Analyst is a part of the AFS Time Team within the Controllership organization.
The Work
- Support bi-monthly labor processing to include payroll validation.
- Prepare post labor processing reconciliation of Deltek T&E and Costpoint.
- Create and execute data patrols to ensure compliance and mitigate business risk.
- Investigate labor processing matters to determine root cause analysis and appropriate action
- Manage leave balances including updates to leave accruals, payouts, and intercompany transfers.
- Support preparation and processing of labor distributions.
- Support audits of timekeeping system as requested.
- Test applicable time administration/labor processes on an as-needed basis.
- Update procedures and job aids to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Coordinate across team members and various internal departments to address time administration, labor processing, and payroll matters.
- Support a variety of initiatives across Time Admin/Labor Processing and provide regular status updates to the T&E Lead.
- Perform outreach to employees regarding Time non-compliance within different patrols (i.e. Overtime charging, administratively signed/approved timesheets, etc.)
What you need
- Ability to effectively communicate information in a variety of formats (e.g. email, procedure documents, PowerPoint, etc.) and collaborate across employees at all levels.
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proficient with common PC software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Power BI and SharePoint Sites
- Must be a US Citizen
Bonus if you have
- Accounting or Finance related degree or completed coursework
- Government Contracting Experience
- Deltek Costpoint experience, ideally in a government contracting (GovCon) environment with awareness of DCAA compliance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to include knowledge and experience with complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Understanding of payroll regulations to include deductions for benefits/garnishments/share purchase/taxes, etc.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
