Responsibilities:  

• Manage tender submission by reviewing the requirements and coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop bidding solutions.
• Ensure tender compliance and accuracy, playing a key role in minimizing risks and maximizing bid success rates.
• Oversee the full tendering cycle to ensure proper formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
• Maintain tender records, schedules and documents and track the progress of tender process
• Address customer inquiries and requests from various channels.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration.
• 1-2 years of working experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in tender management, quotations, customer care, or business development is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, outgoing, and energetic personality.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Self-motivated with a positive work attitude.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
