Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of technical issues to support business continuity and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Participate in the development and improvement of operational processes to enhance service delivery.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with evolving technologies and industry best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Monitor Citrix infrastructure and user sessions.
- Handle Citrix incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot basic application launch and desktop access issues.
- Manage users, applications and Delivery Groups according to established procedures.
- Perform basic Citrix policy administration.
- Check server/VDA health and capacity.
- Follow existing SOPs/runbooks for troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 or SME teams.
- Participate in patching and maintenance activities.
- Create/update incident tickets and technical documentation.
- Follow ITIL incident, request and change-management processes.
- Work with Windows, AD, networking and application teams when required.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Architecture.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and remote desktop services.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to application delivery and desktop virtualization.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Experience in collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
