Technology Infrastructure Project Manager

Melbourne | Lead Complex ICT Infrastructure Projects

The role is responsible for delivering complex ICT infrastructure projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful outcomes across scope, budget, timeline, and quality. The role partners with clients and internal stakeholders to define solutions, drive technology adoption, and deliver business value through effective project management practices.

• Have experience delivering complex ICT infrastructure projects across multiple stakeholders and teams.

• Can build strong client relationships and influence business and technical decisions.

• Are skilled at leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.

• Thrive in fast-paced environments with complex business and technical challenges.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT infrastructure projects.

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and dependencies.

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to develop and deliver infrastructure solutions.

• Lead cross-functional business and technical project teams.

• Apply project management methodologies, governance, and reporting practices.

• Support technology adoption and business process improvements.

• Coordinate shared resources across multiple projects.

• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure successful project outcomes.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally including experience supporting ICT infrastructure and technology delivery projects.

• Experience managing complex infrastructure or technology projects.

• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Australian Citizenship with an active Baseline Security Clearance preferred.
